Why we built it
A table for the part no one prepares you for.

Because nobody told us this
You graduate, the photos go up, and then the silence starts. We built Tassel Talk for the part no one prepares you for — the waiting, the applications, the questions from home.

Unemployed but not useless
A gap on your CV is not a verdict on your worth. The table exists so ladies can say the hard part out loud and still be met with dignity.

One conversation, many paths
Whether you are employed, freelancing, job hunting or building something slow, your path is valid. The table is where we stop comparing and start connecting — over the work we do, the work we want and the work we are becoming.
Who it's for

What we expect from you
- Come as you are — no performance, no polished version.
- What is said at the table stays at the table. Privacy is the rule.
- No gossip table. We share our own stories, not other people's.
- Listen fully. Advice only when it's asked for.

An activity on the day
The Summary Podcast.
Before we say goodbye, we sit around one mic and record a short round-table summary of the day. No scripts, no performing — just your honest answer in your own voice. Come with your reflections already thought through, because we will need your answers.
Questions to reflect on

You may pass on any question. Nothing is recorded without your yes, and nothing leaves the table without your permission.
An activity on the day
Grad Chat.
Small tables, four to five ladies each, one prompt at a time. We rotate so you leave having actually spoken to people — not just waved at them across the room. No presenting, no pitching, just graduates talking to graduates.

- 03What is something you learned outside a lecture hall that you use every week?
- 04Who in this room does something you would love to understand better?
- 05One thing you need help with, and one thing you can help someone with.

What we ask of you.
To sit at this table you must have at least one social account that shows us your graduation wall — the photos, the qualification, the proof of the day. LinkedIn is the one we ask for first.

The one we cannot bend on. Your profile is how we see your graduation wall, your qualification and your work — and how the room can keep finding you after the table.
Your graduation photos and the everyday version of you. Bring the handle if you have one.
